Can I re-import a database that has already been imported into Simio?
If you import contacts that are already in Simio, these contacts will be automatically deduplicated so that you don’t have the same contact twice in your database.
You can re-import a database with the same contacts if you want to add a custom field to your contacts (for example, a birthday). Contacts already present in Simio will be updated with the new custom field.
Why do I have 'never opt-in' users?
A 'never opt-in' user is a contact who has not opted in to receive your communications. However, they may have received a message from you as part of a Utility-type automation (for example: order confirmation). Utility messages do not require an opt-in to be sent.

If you want to convert these users into opt-ins, we recommend adding an option at the end of your Utility flow to offer subscription to these users.
