Connect Crisp
To connect Crisp to Simio, You just need to go to the Simio Integration Settings and click on Connect Crisp.
Respond from Crisp
When someone contacts you on WhatsApp, the message is automatically created in a Crisp conversation. If the number is already linked to a Shopify profile, it will be synchronized.
You have 24 hours to freely reply to the person by following the steps below:
After this 24-hour period, several options are available to you and can be combined:
Preventively, you can set up an automatic message over the weekend to encourage the customer to contact you again on Monday.
😴 Automatic message when you are away
Once the time window has passed, you can send a template to the customer to ask if they still need help. As soon as they reply, the conversation window will reopen.
👋 Respond to a customer from Simio
As a last resort, you can contact the customer through another channel (call, SMS, personal WhatsApp).
