Connect Zendesk
To connect Zendesk to Simio, you need to give an administrator access to thibaut@getsimio.com on your Zendesk environment. We will make the connection within 24 hours.
Respond from Zendesk
When someone contacts you on WhatsApp, the message is automatically created as a Zendesk ticket.
You have 24 hours to freely reply to the person.
After this 24-hour period, several options are available to you and can be combined:
Preventive: You can set up an automatic message on weekends to encourage the customer to contact you again on Monday.
😴 Automatic message when you are away
Once the 24 hours have passed, you can send a template message to the customer to ask if they still need help. As soon as they reply, the conversation window will reopen.
👋 Respond to a customer from Simio
As a last resort, you can contact the customer via another channel (call, SMS, personal WhatsApp).
