My brand name doesn’t appear when I send messages
The brand name may appear in the background. At the beginning of the account creation process, you usually see the phone number while Meta is verifying the account. Generally, the name appears as soon as the verification is complete (around 24 hours).
In some cases, the number will still be displayed until the person has clicked a button or replied.
To change this, you need to be verified, but the option isn’t always available, as it requires having sent a large number of messages. WhatsApp needs to trust your number.
